I first started making soap in 1984 as a hobby.

Growing up in the foothills of the Adirondacks, I had developed an interest in the pioneer's way of life and nature's products. I soon learned that there was a demand for my home-made soap, and started selling at local craft shows. Through experience, experimenting, and research, I learned how to produce a high quality soap using only plant oils, instead of animal fats. In 1996, I started Harmony All Natural Soaps & Oils Company.

My philosophy is that only certified pure plant oils should be used in the highest quality skin care products. These oils come from every corner of the world, selected for their superior quality, and are truly unique. My soaps are naturally colored with herbs, fruit seeds, oils and clays from the earth. At the request of valued customers and friends, I have expanded the product line to include essential oils and fragrances. What you won't find in my soaps - no detergents, no rendered animal fat, no artificial preservatives, no hydrogenated oils, and no petroleum products.

I consider myself a craft person, and maintain an ethic that ensures only the highest quality products leave my workshop. I continue to stay in touch with my growing number of customers who appreciate the wholesomeness of natural skin care products.
